The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and the director of sales guided us straight to what we needed! The prices of material were reasonable and everything was itemized and organized! Thanks to Seth at Rosehill Gardens!

I think they are amazing people with hearts of gold!!!! They DO NOT stop until your needs are met and you are satisfied. They go above and beyond what is expected and do it with such a positive attitude! Definitely some of my favorite people can be found at RoseHill Gardens. Highly recommend them for ANY out door service!!!

I first visited the Martin City location, gift card in hand, to choose a tree as a memorial. There I was told that I could not get a tree at that location ("we don't do that here") and was given a phone number to call for directions to the tree farm. When and if you do visit the tree farm, make sure you wear your mud boots, and have lots of change for the car wash afterwards. After choosing the tree I wanted, we went back to the "office" to make the transaction. The cost of the tree and planting fee, plus tax was calculated, leaving a balance on my gift card. Cool, I will return to the Martin City location and pick up a mum or two. Then the lady at the desk threw my gift card aside and said "we don't give cash back." I explained there was a balance remaining on the card and didn't expect cash back. Again I was told "we don't do that here." Upon returning to the original location, a nice lady tried to help me. Long story short, I don't have my gift card with balance any more. I have absolutely no idea when or if I am ever going to have a tree delivered and planted and I'm pretty sure there is a lovely fall planter adorning someone's front porch, compliments of my gift card tha
